Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Closyn website (closyn.com) and services provided by Closyn ("we", "us", "our"), based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Closyn provides B2B lead generation services including:

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) analysis and targeting
Personalized LinkedIn outreach via student ambassadors
Lead qualification and meeting scheduling
Campaign optimization and reporting

3. Service Plans

3.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Each plan includes a guaranteed number of qualified meetings per month. If we do not meet the guaranteed number, we continue working until the target is met at no additional cost.

3.2 Pay-Per-Meeting

Pay-per-meeting pricing is charged per qualified meeting delivered. A minimum of 5 meetings applies. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

3.3 Cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Active campaigns will be wound down within 7 business days of cancellation.

4. Qualified Meeting Definition

A meeting is considered "qualified" when it meets all of the following criteria:

The attendee is a decision-maker or influencer with budget authority
The attendee's company fits your agreed Ideal Customer Profile
The attendee shows genuine interest in your solution
The attendee attends the scheduled meeting
The attendee is not a competitor or wrong persona

No-shows, wrong personas, and competitors do not count as qualified meetings.

5. Ambassador Program

5.1 Eligibility

Ambassador applicants must be 18 years or older, currently enrolled at a university (or recently graduated), and based in the EU.

5.2 Compensation

€25 per qualified lead
€100–500 per closed deal (bonus)
€50 per successful referral

Payments are processed monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. Minimum payout threshold is €50.

5.3 LinkedIn Account

Ambassadors use their own LinkedIn accounts to send messages. Closyn never accesses ambassador LinkedIn passwords. Ambassadors retain full control of their accounts at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on closyn.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Closyn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Closyn in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
